The output of the mud-stone separator is 4 times that of the traditional drum screen with the same volume, and the screening efficiency is also 2 times that of the drum screen. Technical characteristics of the disc screen: It can replace the drum screen. Compared with the drum screen, it has a larger processing capacity, a smaller floor area, and higher screening efficiency. It adopts a variable frequency drive control method, with low energy consumption, high reliability, and adjustable processing capacity. Wear-resistant sprockets, chain linkage, and tension chain design ensure high reliability during normal operation. Parametric design allows customers to select the appropriate number of modules according to their requirements, facilitating maintenance and industrial structure adjustment.
Precautions for the installation, adjustment, and operation of the mud-stone separator:
1. Due to the large torque of the mud-stone separator, it is recommended to install the equipment on a concrete frame. The frame is equipped with pre-embedded welding parts for welding during installation. The depth and scope of the frame should be calculated independently according to the soil conditions. It is recommended that the total weight of the frame is generally about 3 times the total weight of the equipment.
2. After the installation is in place, check whether the large and small transmission gears of the reduction motor are misaligned, and whether the distance between the side plate of the box body and the large bucket wheel is consistent. After adjustment, fix and weld the equipment on the frame.
3. Industrial lubricating oil should be added, and the oil level should be adjusted. Usually, it is advisable to keep the oil level 50% below the middle of the shaft.
Roller screens are widely used in the coal handling system of power plants. They are installed before the coal crusher to screen out the oversize materials larger than the screen holes in the coal and send them to the coal crusher for crushing. The materials smaller than the screen holes fall directly into the system by their own gravity.
