Performance and Advantages:
The shell is made of high-pressure die-cast aluminum alloy. After shot blasting, the surface is sprayed with high-voltage electrostatic powder, which effectively improves the heat dissipation performance of the shell. The circuit substrate is attached to the aluminum alloy shell, which can instantly convert the point heat source into a surface heat source. The heat dissipation area is doubled, which is conducive to the rapid dispersion of heat and improves the heat dissipation efficiency. The shell surface has airflow dispersion grooves, which can take away heat with the help of air flow. The heat dissipation scales are densely arranged, greatly increasing the heat dissipation area, fully meeting the heat dissipation requirements of the LED and extending the service life.
Light Distribution Module: A dedicated integrated structure is designed for each type of lamp. The power cavity is equipped with a hinge, making the lamp installation more convenient. This series of lamps is a maintenance-free product, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The rotation angle of wall-mounted installation is adjustable. Cable wiring is used. For ceiling-mounted and embedded installations, both cable and steel pipe wiring can be used. The exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel with high anti-corrosion performance.
Characteristics of LED Light Source: High Luminous Efficiency
The luminous efficacy of the LED can reach 100 - 180lm/w. Moreover, it has good monochromaticity, narrow spectrum, selectable color temperature and good color rendering.
