MOLYDUVAL Prometheus A 00 LP German Molyduval food industrial grease, 1KG/can.
MOLYDUVAL Prometheus A 00 LP is a rolling bearing grease with extremely strong adhesion and water resistance. It is very suitable for bearings operating at low speeds and for sealing applications. It contains anti-oxidation additives, which can prevent the grease from aging even in high-temperature environments; it also contains anti-corrosion additives, which can protect bearings and metal surfaces from rust in high-humidity or steam conditions. It has excellent water resistance, and it's okay to contact fruit juices and vegetable juices. It also has good sealing performance. With surface-active extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear (AW) additives, it can provide good anti-wear protection.

The scope of application is as follows:
Food industry field: Suitable for transmission devices in the food industry, as well as rolling and sliding bearings operating in high-temperature environments, such as bearings on drying ovens, rotary kilns, operating robots, cooling bed equipment, conveying equipment, hot air and exhaust ventilation fans, blowers, motors and other equipment; also suitable for chains on food, packaging, and filling machines, bearings on sluices and dams, guide rails in meat processing plants or enterprises, rolling bearings, sliding bearings, joints on fish processing machines, as well as components such as conveying hooks, sliding bearings, rollers, joints, couplings, etc.
Other equipment: It can be used in storage devices in refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and is also suitable for centralized lubrication systems. Moreover, it has relatively good compatibility with many commonly used seals on the market and can be compatible with mineral oil-based greases.
