German OKS245 Copper Paste, High-Efficiency Anti-Corrosion and Anti-Seize Paste, OKS240 Assembly Thread Paste
German OKS245 is a copper paste with high anti-corrosion performance, suitable for screws, bolts, and sliding surfaces that are subject to high pressure and corrosive environments (such as seawater).
Application Scope
1. OKS245 lubricating paste is used for assembling threaded connections, for example, in internal combustion engines, on pipe joints, flange joints, and fitting thread joints of high-temperature steam pipelines. 2. On exhaust pipes and combustion chamber bolt connection devices, on the fixing screws of gas and fuel burners.
3. In a water environment, it is used to prevent the scorching, corrosion, or solid oxidation of bolt joints.
4. Suitable for the automotive braking system.
Usage Tips
When cleaning the dirt and other lubricants on the threads and sliding surfaces, first clean them mechanically (such as with a wire brush), and then clean them with OKS 2610/OKS 2611 general-purpose cleaner. Apply a sufficient amount of OKS245 lubricating paste evenly on the bolt/nut seating surfaces and threads with a paintbrush, spatula, etc. The lubricating paste can also act as a seal against water spray and condensed water.
