3. For the pretreatment of ferrous metals that cannot be galvanized; for example, for the repair of vehicles and ships, steel structure buildings, civil engineering and bridge construction, the construction of tanks and aviation lines, railings and signal lights, exhaust systems, passageways, etc.
It has a wide range of applications and can maintain long-term anti-corrosion performance on ferrous metals, even in high-temperature and corrosive environments.
It is suitable for improving the surface of hot-dip galvanized products according to EN ISO 1461:2022-12 standard.
It can achieve C5H level anti-corrosion protection according to EN ISO 12944:2018-06 standard, and is suitable for high-humidity and corrosive industrial areas, as well as coastal environments with high salt content.
It is used as the first coating, followed by painting with products such as OKS 2571 or OKS 2581.
Due to its good electrical conductivity, it will not have a negative impact on the quality during spot welding.
