Performance of BIRAL BIO-30 SMT Carbon-free High-temperature Chain Oil:

Applications:
1. BIRAL Industrial Lubricant BIO-30 is a high-quality industrial lubricant. BIO-30 is an excellent lubricant suitable for conveyor belts operating in various harsh environments and temperatures, and it has been designated as the high-temperature chain oil for reflow soldering by many SMT reflow soldering manufacturers.
2. BIO-30 is recommended for use at high temperatures from above 250 degrees to 300 degrees. It is also applicable to compressor hydraulic systems, anti-fog lubrication, and central automatic lubrication control systems.
3. BIO-30 can be used as cooling oil and two-stroke lubricating oil for air-cooled and water-cooled engines.
Usage:
BIO-30 is an SMT synthetic high-temperature oil that can resist low-pressure loads and does not produce carbide residues at high temperatures. It has good wear resistance and high oxidation resistance.

Precautions:
When BIO-30 is used for the chain in a high-temperature reflow oven, white smoke will appear at the initial stage. Please don't be alarmed. This is because the oil-based agent volatilizes when heated, and it will return to normal after a few minutes without affecting the lubrication function.
