This Computer-controlled spring fatigue testing machine is mainly suitable for axial fatigue life tests of various spiral
cylindrical springs, gas springs, elastomers, elastic elements and other parts to detect the fatigue life of springs or the
reliability level of springs. It is also suitable for measuring the fatigue characteristics, fatigue life, prefabricated cracks
and crack extension tests of metals, non-metals, alloy materials and their components (such as operating joints, fasteners, spiral moving parts, etc.) under tensile, compression or tension-compression alternating loads at room temperature.
It is widely used in spring production enterprises, spring using enterprises, colleges and universities, scientific research
units, quality inspection departments and other industries.

.Introduction to the main machine structure and features:
This machine is mainly composed of five parts: software control system, load displacement acquisition system, motor drive system, eccentric wheel transmission system, and lubrication system. The main working principle of the testing machine is that the software controls the motor to decelerate through the synchronous belt, and the eccentric wheel drives the machine beam to move up and down to complete the loading of the sample force, so as to achieve axial reciprocating motion and detect and judge the mechanical properties of the sample. The machine has the characteristics of reasonable structure, reliable performance, mature and stable, easy and simple operation, and high integration of the whole machine.
