DWTT 100kj WCJ ISO 7765 ASTM D1709 Drop Weight Tear Tester Drop Hammer Impact Testing machine
Application:
The testing machine is mainly used for drop weight tear test of pipeline and middle, thick steel ferritic steel, namely DWTT test. The test machine intergrating mechanical, electrical, automatic control technology to one, and to achieve fully automated process of feeding, lifting hammer, impact, fracture specimen collection, grab the hammer. In addition, this test machine has multi-channel protection measures, greatly improve the safety of operating personnel and equipment use. It is commonly used test equipment by the pipeline manufacturer, large steel mills, Iron and Steel Institute and other enterprises and research institutes.

API RP*5L3-96 "Conducting Drop-Weight Tear Tests on Line Pipe"
Features:
1: AC servo motor lifting hammer, high control precision, accurate positioning. began to lift the hammer and hammer lift to the position, servo motor has the process of accelerating and decelerating, it can reduce the impact on the motor.
2: Japan Mitsubishi PLC equipped with Taiwan touch-screen control , with advantage of high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, versatility, adaptability, scalability, small maintenance workload, etc
3: With automatic sample feeding, automatic positioning function, easy operation, and high efficiency.
4: Host frame with upper and lower split-column structure, total four columns, the bottom with the overall solid steel plate processing, fully guaranteed impact test machine at steady as a rock.
5: Hammer body using split type processing, each piece is processed with high strength steel plate, high impact strength, not because of the use of casting to cause casting defects and fracture possible.
6: Adopting anchor chain to lift hammer, compared with the conventional wire rope, anchor chain elasticity is small, so that the height measurement more accurate. And anchor chain with high strength, not easy to wear, compared with wire rope, more safety.
7: Testing machine scratch off hammer device is a specially designed self-locking device. Immediately self-locking after seize the hammer, gravity does not occur accidentally, when unexpected power outages will not open, high safety.
