Explosion-proof storage cabinets, storage boxes for blasting equipment, Qilu Bangtai movable explosive boxes
Model BTJD-001 movable pyrotechnics cabinet, also known as explosion item storage cabinet, temporary storage box at the blasting site, detonator cabinet, explosive depot, etc. It is mainly used for temporary storage of explosion items in blasting projects such as tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower, and mines.
The outer body of the movable pyrotechnics cabinet is made of 6mm cold-rolled steel plate processed by quenching, with a 10mm insulating and moisture-proof wooden board inside, and an anti-seismic, anti-static and flame-retardant felt is laid inside. Since the movable pyrotechnics cabinet is used outdoors in the open air, to enhance its anti-theft function, the lock of the cabinet adopts a GA mechanical double lock, that is, two mechanical locks and a three-digit password mechanical turntable lock. Among them, the blaster keeps Key No. 1 and the password, and the warehouse keeper or safety officer keeps Key No. 2. Only after they open it together can they collect and load and unload explosion items.
The "Public Security Inspection Report" of the movable pyrotechnics cabinet is a report issued after passing the inspection at the public security inspection center and being filed and certified. It also has an "Anti-static Inspection Report" and an "Explosion-proof Inspection Report".
Due to the different quantities of pyrotechnics stored at the blasting site of the construction site, the corresponding specifications and models of the pyrotechnics cabinets are also different.
