Coal mine explosive trucks, blasting equipment transport vehicles, gauge 600, anti-static, anti-theft and explosion-proof underground
1. Overview
The mine rail transport vehicle for explosive items produced by our company, Shandong Bangtai Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., has obtained multiple inspection reports and patent certificates. This product is mainly composed of two parts: the upper part is a mine blasting box composed of an external explosion-proof steel plate 6 - 8 mm thick, an internal insulating wooden board 10 mm thick, and a flame-retardant pad 2 mm thick for fire prevention, shock absorption, and anti-static purposes; the lower part is a material vehicle suitable for tracks with gauges of 600, 762, and 900.
2. Product highlights:
1) It supports single-side and multi-side opening doors for easy loading and unloading of explosive items.
2) It has a double-lock structure, including two cross combination locks and one mechanical combination lock, to achieve anti-theft and anti-damage functions.
3) Four lifting rings are installed on the top of the box for easy product loading and unloading.
4) It can be customized according to the customer's cage and loading capacity requirements.
3. Qualification certificates: Since this product is mainly used for the transport of blasting operations in coal mines and non-coal mines above and below the ground, our company has specially applied and reported the "mine standard". The box has the "Mine Movable Explosive Dangerous Goods Storage Box" with the new 2022 inspection standard, including the "Inspection Report of the Ministry of Public Security", as well as multiple relevant inspection and certification reports such as the "Anti-static Inspection Report" and the "Explosion-proof Inspection Report". For different types of mine requirements, our company has applied for and passed the "Coal Safety Certificate" and the "Mine Safety Certificate" for gauges of 600, 762, and 900. The authenticity of the above multiple reports has been verified by querying on the relevant official institutional websites.
To ensure product after-sales service and quality requirements, our company has currently achieved the unified standardization of the above inspection reports.
It should be noted that currently, there are various non-standard products emerging in the market, with the following two prominent characteristics:
1) Patchwork certificates: The "Inspection Report of the Ministry of Public Security", the "Explosion-proof Inspection Report", the "Anti-static Inspection Report", the "Coal Safety Certificate", or the "Mine Safety Certificate" are pieced together from multiple companies and not held by the same company.
2) Inconsistent certificates: The models of key inspection reports such as the "Inspection Report of the Ministry of Public Security", the "Explosion-proof Inspection Report", and the "Anti-static Inspection Report" are inconsistent.
3) The manufacturer has not passed the ISO system inspection and certification and does not have a complete production process and quality inspection process.
Please be cautious and careful in identifying products for both new and old customers to prevent purchasing non-compliant products, which may cause huge safety hazards to the mines.
