Blaster's Operation Box, Made of Fiberglass, Anti-static Gunpowder Box and Anti-static Detonator Box for Underground Mines
The underground mine-used explosive boxes and detonator boxes, also known as fiberglass gunpowder boxes and fiberglass detonator boxes, are pyrotechnics boxes made of fiberglass produced and sold by Shandong Bangtai Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. They have the "Fiberglass Material Inspection Report" and the "Public Security Inspection Report", meeting the requirements of the local public security brigade's inspection and coal mine usage. Moreover, the "Fiberglass Material Inspection Report" is certified by the National Coal Mining Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center, complying with "GB16413 - 2009 Safety Performance Inspection Specification for Fiberglass Products Used in Underground Coal Mines".
The pyrotechnics storage boxes made of fiberglass have the characteristics of anti-static, corrosion resistance, insulation, fire prevention, lightness, anti-aging and long durability. They avoid the danger of electric sparks that may be generated by metal materials in underground coal mines, making blasting operations safer.
The fiberglass pyrotechnics storage boxes are also equipped with a copper lock design, and the connecting hinges are also made of copper products, which have good insulation effects and prevent the generation of static electricity. Due to the light weight of fiberglass, workers can save more effort when using them, which is more convenient and improves work efficiency. However, the box body is made of fiberglass, which is very brittle. Attention should be paid to avoiding collisions and falls during use.
