Plastic-coated pipe fittings are composite pipe fittings formed by coating plastic layers on the inner and outer surfaces with steel pipes as the matrix, and are industrial products specially designed for gas transportation. Its inner wall is coated with epoxy powder for corrosion resistance and smooth air transmission, while the outer wall is coated with polyester to provide protection against UV rays and weather aging, forming a double-layer anti-corrosion structure.
The pipeline has a pressure bearing capacity of ≥6Mpa, which can adapt to the extreme environment of -40°C to 80°C, effectively preventing gas leakage and chemical corrosion.
As of 2025, the product has formed a standardized production system, covering DN15-DN1200 full specifications, which are widely used in urban natural gas pipeline networks, coal mine underground gas transmission and other scenarios.
Through third-party experiments such as the Mannesmann Institute in Germany, the polyethylene anti-corrosion layer shows excellent stability in sulfide and acid-alkali media.
