These heaters are made of the highest quality fluoropolymer materials and can be custom-designed for deionized water and less corrosive process chemicals. PVDF/PFA online heaters are ideal for recirculation and point-of-use applications, occupying minimal space and easy to integrate into existing systems. These heaters have power ratings of 1-30 kW and a wide global voltage range.

German immersion heater operation: For three-phase connected immersion heaters, if the immersion tube experiences issues, the integrated burn protection system will trip when the temperature becomes too high and will shut down the heater with the help of our differential current monitor DSW3/2 and power relay. The heater will then remain off until the immersion heater and the differential current safety circuit are manually reset. This assumes that all other safety devices are functioning properly and that the tank and heater are in good condition. The burn protection system can be installed in all three-phase immersion heaters rated up to 400 V with a current consumption of 1.8 to 16 A.
