Teflon Heater Applications:
The full English name of Teflon is Polytetrafluoroethylene, abbreviated as Teflon, PTFE, F4, etc. Due to pronunciation, it is also commonly referred to as Teflon, Tefulong, Tefulon, Teflon, and so on (all transliterations of Teflon). Teflon has comprehensive advantages that other materials cannot match, especially the temperature properties and corrosion resistance of Teflon material in heater applications. This makes Teflon heaters widely used in corrosion-resistant industries, such as chemical, pickling, electroplating, pharmaceutical, and anodizing industries.
Teflon Heater Structure:
Teflon electric heaters use stainless steel (SUS316 or SUS304) heating tube cores with an outer Teflon (PTFE) sleeve, which provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for heating various highly corrosive liquids.
Teflon Heater Performance:
Teflon heaters have excellent corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties. They possess unparalleled chemical stability and thermal stability (-250 to 260℃).
