  1. Control method: 10.1-inch HMI touch screen, multi-functional centralized control, large buttons that are not accidentally touched, intuitive understanding of each parameter setting, and efficient operation.   2. Car servo operation: Compared with ordinary motors, the servo system responds faster, has more stable torque, and more accurate positioning. It can maintain a constant speed even when the load changes (books of different thicknesses), reducing paper jams, midway stops and other failures, and has a longer service life (a key component to increase the number of glue bindings)

  3. Type 20 industrial double linear guide rail: It is characterized by high precision, strong load-bearing capacity and excellent stability. Thickened cold-drawn profile support rails ensure the flatness of the rails.   5. 24-blade sun knife + slotting knife: This ensures that every piece of paper in the book will be roughened, and there will be no missing milling. The V-shaped slotting knife is made of tungsten steel, which is not easy to wear, has high glue affinity, and has good glue penetration.   6. Dual paper dust suction design: The milling cutter wind wheel suction paper dust structure, and the rear vacuum device (Xiangbao patent) can more effectively absorb paper dust and reduce the accumulation of paper dust on the surface of the fuselage.

  7. Enlarge the cast aluminum glue tank with double rubber wheels + side glue + even rubber wheels: Apply the side glue first and apply edge glue to the front and back of the book. Use the same glue tank glue as the back glue (to avoid the yellowing problem of the glue tank on one side), giving full play to the fastness of the glue. The rubber wheel groove in the middle is glued to ensure full penetration of glue. The second rubber wheel is used to glue the back of the book, and the glue effect is better. The glue leveling wheel effectively spreads the glue on the back of the book evenly, making the glue level on the back of the book even and the amount of glue controllable. Multiple heat dissipation layers make the heating evenly dispersed, and 8 heating tubes are used for heating. It has a long service life and is not easily damaged.   8. Pre-glue box design: Pre-add glue during the glue binding process (replenish glue in advance) to ensure sufficient glue and achieve non-stop glue addition, effectively reflecting the characteristics of the processing type glue binding machine. (Reduce downtime, save time)

  9. Adaptive clamping table: When the book thickness is frequently switched during the binding process, the clamping pressure will be automatically changed to make the force on the front, back, left, and right of the book back uniform, reducing overreliance on the adjustment of the square and round handwheels, and not wasting books.

  10. Negative pressure adsorption feeder system: The front porous blower can effectively blow away the cover. The thickness of the cover can be adjusted in real time. The built-in high-power vacuum pump provides suction and firmly absorbs the cover. The suction-type lifting platform quickly rises when the cover is sent away by the swing arm to prepare for the next action. (Continuously stable and can work continuously, no need to manually place the cover)

  11. Front and back slotting and indentation: This machine has two book turning lines and two spine lines. It indents the cover at the same time, saving the equipment movement process, making it easier for readers to flip through, and the effect is more beautiful compared to books without indentation. (After printing the cover, there is no need to separately indent it and then glue it)

  12. Secondary positioning of the cover: When Feida sends the cover to the clamping table, the back gauge, right pusher and front gauge perform secondary positioning to ensure that the cover is accurately aligned with the center of the clamping table. (Avoid cover misalignment problem)

  13. Automatically measure book thickness: During the perfect binding process, if the book thickness varies, the thickness will be automatically measured. The creasing wheel will automatically move to the corresponding position and the clamping surface pressure and time will also automatically switch. (No need to manually measure book thickness and adjust)

  14. CNC side gauge adjustment: To place the center point of the cover, you only need to enter the overall size on the screen. If the cover is misaligned and glued, you only need to enter the data on the screen and automatically adjust it without the need to place the cover again. (No human intervention required)

  15. Quick adjustment of book blocks: Adjust the cover typesetting position from time to time according to the perfect binding process, which is mostly used to meet the printing factory's typesetting and perfect binding needs. (No need to adjust the cover clamp and limit position)

  16. Tiantou glue collection design: effectively solves the problem of glue overflow on the clamp table and facilitates cutting, improving work efficiency. (There is no need to clean the sandwich table during work)
