Product Description of Bettis SCE300 Electric Actuator
The SCE300 model is a smart right-angle rotary electric actuator within Bettis' actuator series. This integrated actuator is compact and lightweight, incorporating all the functions of larger and heavier actuators into a simple and innovative design. Even in large and complex factories, the SCE300 can be deployed to maintain effective control over low-torque right-angle rotary valves and damping valves. Characteristics
The separate terminal housing is isolated from the electronic components and the motor compartment; during on-site installation, only the connection terminals are exposed.
A standard adjustable torque switch, capable of adjusting from 50% to 100% of the rated torque output (three levels: 50% - 75% - 100%)
Manual override is always enabled
Anodized aluminum with epoxy powder coating protects the unit from corrosion in harsh environments
A visible mechanical position indicator provides a visual reference for precise valve position
Can be directly installed or easily adapted to other right-angle rotary valves
Lifelong lubricated self-locking gear train without the need for an electric brake; planetary gear transmission ensures reliable and smooth operation
Mechanical travel limiters are designed to prevent overtravel during handwheel or motor operation
Overheat motor thermostat
Integrated speed control, allowing separate adjustment in the opening and closing directions
Latch-type output contacts for fully open/close remote indication. Output contacts available for monitors and indicator lights/local selector indication
