This DC withstand voltage tester features an integrated design: the voltage multiplier and main unit are housed in a single chassis.
Utilizing the latest technology and components, it achieves advantages such as small size, high power, light weight, easy operation,
safety and reliability, and high-quality power output, making it an ideal testing instrument for the high-voltage testing industry.
The instrument is suitable for DC withstand voltage and leakage tests on equipment such as zinc oxide surge arresters, magnetic
blow-out surge arresters, power cables, transformers, and generators in the power, railway, chemical, mining, metallurgical,
and steel industries. It can also be used as a power source for electrostatic dust collection and spraying.
1. The instrument is suitable for DC withstand voltage and leakage tests on equipment such as zinc oxide surge arresters, magnetic
blow-out surge arresters, power cables, transformers, and generators in the power, railway, chemical, mining, metallurgical,
and steel industries. It can also be used as a power source for electrostatic dust collection and spraying.
2. Stable output voltage: It adopts a high-frequency voltage multiplier circuit and applies the latest PWM pulse width modulation
technology and voltage-current dual closed-loop feedback technology to improve power supply regulation and load regulation,
resulting in high voltage stability and low ripple.
Full-range smooth voltage regulation with high output voltage accuracy. The main unit voltmeter directly displays the voltage value
applied to the load, eliminating the need for an external voltage divider and simplifying wiring. Voltage resolution is 0.1kV, and
current resolution is 1uA.
3. Comprehensive Protection: Complete protection functions include zero-position protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent
protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond-level dedicated sensors, ensuring rapid and reliable
operation and effectively protecting personnel and equipment safety.
3. 0.75U Function: An intelligent, high-precision 0.75U function is added with a one-button button. Pressing this button automatically
switches the voltage and current to the 0.75U state, facilitating the testing of zinc oxide surge arresters.
