Pulsation Dampener Assembly KB-45/ KB-45H/ WY75-52/ KB-75 Oil and Gas Drilling Equipment Mud Pump Accessories
The air bag assembly, also known as the discharge air bag, is the main part of the discharge end of the mud pump, installed in the hydraulic end of the discharge line, plays the role of stable pressure and pressure compensation, the working pressure of the air bag is 80% of the working pressure of the mud pump. When using, it should be noted that when disassembling the air bag, the pressure must be relieved first.
The F500/F800 mud pumps use KB-45 air packs, and the F1000/F1300/F1600 mud pumps use KB-75 air packs.
The middle tie rod produced by our company is made of 35CrMo, which has a smooth surface after chrome plating and fine grinding, which greatly improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Our products have passed the American Petroleum Institute API7K certification, and through the German Rheinland third party entity company certification, product quality has reached the full, domestic level, won the praise of customers at home and abroad.
The air bag assembly is a major component of the discharge end of drilling mud pumps. Our company can produce F-series, Honghua mud pump discharge air bag assemblies and air bag assembly accessories (air bag hoses, air bag bottom plugs, air bag capsules, etc.).
Pulsation Dampener, also called discharge air bag,it is installed in the discharge line of a fluid end, and played a role to ensure good steady pressure and pressure compensation . Its working pressure is 80% of mud pump working pressure. F500/F800 mud use KB45 Pulsation Dampener, F1000/F1300/F1600 use KB75 Pulsation Dampener. Notably, when removable pulsation dampener, you must relief first .
The maintenance of the pulsation dampener
(1).Air bag inflator pressure is 30% of designed pump pressure, the general pressure is 4~6MPa , the best pressure is 4.5MPa.
(2) .Mud pump at the normal working hours, the pulsation dampener cutoff valve is closed to protect gauges.
