Armored Temperature Transmitter
1.Product Overview
Armored pressure transmitters employ a two-wire transmission method (two wires serving as a common line for power input and signal output), converting thermocouple and RTD signals into a 4-20mA output signal that is linear with the input signal or temperature signal. This enables long-distance transmission of temperature data, precise control, and centralized monitoring.
As a new-generation temperature measurement instrument, it finds extensive application in process control scenarios across industries including metallurgy, petroleum, chemical engineering, power generation, light industry, textiles, food processing, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Features a silicone rubber sealing structure, making it shock-resistant, moisture-resistant, and suitable for installation in harsh field environments.
Installed on-site within the junction box of thermocouples or RTDs, it directly outputs 4–20mA. This eliminates the need for costly compensation cables while enhancing signal immunity to interference during long-distance transmission.
The thermocouple temperature transmitter incorporates automatic cold junction compensation.
High accuracy, low power consumption, wide operating temperature range, and stable, reliable performance.
Versatile application: can form an integrated field installation structure with thermocouples or RTDs, or serve as a functional module within detection equipment.
Multiple communication options available, supporting LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, 4G, RS485, 4-20mA, and other protocols.
Supports Modbus and HART communication protocols for seamless integration with PLC, DCS, SCADA, and other industrial control systems;
Supports 3.6V battery power supply or external DC 9V~36V power supply;
Temperature measurement accuracy: ±0.1℃ to ±0.5℃, repeatability ≤ 0.1%.
