Performance characteristics:
Working principle：Waste foam is fed into the hopper, where a high-speed rotating blade cuts and shreds it into tiny fragments. The pulverized foam is then pushed toward the exit by the screw. As the barrel's volume gradually shrinks, the pressure on the material increases dramatically, generating tremendous frictional heat between the foam fragments and the barrel/screw. Assisted by an electric heating coil on the barrel's outer wall, the temperature rapidly rises to the foam's melting point. The mol出ten viscous fluid, powerfully propelled by the screw, is extruded from the die at the front of the machine, forming a strip.
