Double-shaft shredders are generally used to shred plastics, rubbers, large tires, large nylon materials, rubber head materials, car bumpers, large pieces of fishnets, large pipes, fibers, paper, wood, electrical components, cables, PET bottles, cardboard, circuit boards, wood, plastic barrels and other solid objects that are difficult to shred. Shredders are also called scrap metal shredders, double-shaft shredders, wood shredders, tire shredders, plastic shredders, pipe shredders, garbage shredders, circuit board shredders, rubber shredders, aluminum shredders, etc. The main function of this equipment is to squeeze large pieces of materials and large-diameter barrel metal materials that are inconvenient to transport into sheet materials that meet the requirements through the shearing of the shredder.

Product Machine Structure
1. Shredder body: The main body is welded with high-quality steel plates to ensure the stability of the equipment under long-term heavy loads.
2. Bearing/seal: The bearing seat adopts a split and easy-to-disassemble type, which can quickly remove the moving knife, fixed knife, bearing and other components, making it easy to maintain and replace the knife. The sealing structure can avoid the contact between the crushed objects and grease, and can also protect the bearings and gears when handling liquid materials.
3. Moving knife/fixed knife: The moving knife material is made of alloy tool steel forging blanks, precision machining, multiple heat treatments and low-temperature freezing heat treatments to ensure cutting performance and service life. The fixed knife is installed in a hook-type manner to optimize the tool replacement function and make the tool maintenance and replacement efficiency high.
4. Knife shaft: It is made of high-quality steel and refined with the tool to provide powerful power for cutting.
