Product Working principle
A double-shaft shredder has two interlaced shafts, which are equipped with many toothed blades. When the material enters the shredder, these blades will tear it into smaller pieces. Compared with traditional single-shaft shredders, double-shaft shredders have stronger shredding capabilities and higher working efficiency, and are suitable for handling larger items. Product Advantages
High efficiency and strong shredding
With its advantages of "strong crushing, low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and environmental protection", the double-shaft shredder has become one of the core equipment for material pretreatment and recycling. Its diverse models (such as SZ series, Yingxin series, etc.) and customized designs can meet the crushing needs of different industries and different materials, especially in large-scale waste treatment and resource recycling scenarios.
Shearing + tearing dual effect
When the double shafts rotate in opposite directions, the blades bite each other to form a shear force, and at the same time tear and squeeze the material, which is easier to destroy the material structure than single-shaft equipment. For example, when processing plastic barrels, the blades first shear the barrel wall, and then tear it into small pieces to avoid slipping caused by hollow materials.
Uniform and controllable particle size
1. By adjusting the blade spacing (such as 10~100mm), the particle size of the crushed material can be controlled. For example, when processing tires, a small spacing (20~30mm) can break them into 5~10cm rubber blocks, and a large spacing (50~80mm) is suitable for preliminary coarse crushing.
2. Some models (such as GL32120) are equipped with a screening device, which can screen materials that do not meet the particle size requirements in real time to ensure uniform discharge.
Strong adaptability to material form
1. For hard materials (such as metal cans, wood): high-strength blades can cut or split materials to avoid blade cracking;
2. For tough materials (such as tires, plastic films): biaxial tearing force can destroy the fiber structure and prevent winding of the knife shaft;
3. For hollow materials (such as plastic bottles, barrels): the blade squeezes them to deform and break them, reducing the volume by 70%~90%.
