Control valves, also known as regulating valves, are core final control elements in industrial automation process control. They adjust process parameters such as medium flow, pressure, temperature and liquid level by receiving control signals from regulatory units and driving operations with power. Pneumatic Control Valves

Powered by compressed air, these valves use cylinders as actuators and work with accessories like valve positioners, solenoid valves and air reservoirs to achieve on-off or proportional control. Featuring a right-angle rotation structure, V-type valve cores, dual-bearing design and strong shearing capability, they offer simple control, fast response and intrinsic safety (no additional explosion-proof measures needed). Ideal for controlling media such as gas, steam and liquid, they are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical and power plant scenarios, especially for frequent adjustment working conditions.

Electric Control Valves

Widely applied in industrial automation systems of power, chemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, water treatment and light industry, these valves run on power supply—eliminating costs for air supply stations and electric valve positioners. They boast high reliability, full functionality and ultra-lightweight design, with reduced maintenance workload due to fewer components. Note: Their motor-generated internal heat may trigger thermal protection, and the multi-stage deceleration limits operating speed, making them less suitable for fast opening/closing requirements.

Self-Acting Control Valves

Also called self-operated control valves, they rely on the pressure or temperature of the medium inside the valve as energy to drive automatic operation, no external power or secondary instruments required. They use feedback signals (pressure, differential pressure, temperature) from the valve outlet to adjust valve opening, achieving precise regulation of pressure, flow and temperature. Advantages include automatic adjustment, energy saving, high regulation accuracy (±3~10%), fine and overlapping pressure ranges, and stable pump operation support. Perfect for closed water circulation systems like hot water heating and air conditioning chilled water systems.

Three-Way Control Valves

Available in two types: three-way combining valves (mixing two fluids into one) and three-way diverting valves (splitting one fluid into two streams). With linear or parabolic flow characteristics, they can replace two parallel two-way control valves, reducing costs and saving installation space. Equipped with two valve cores and seats, and optional cage structure with balance holes (to eliminate unbalanced force and ensure stable operation), they are widely used in automatic regulation and remote control of industrial production processes in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power station, textile, papermaking and pharmaceutical industries.
Our control valves meet strict standards: nominal diameter ranges from DN15mm to 300mm (1/2” to 12”), nominal pressure covers PN1.6MPa/2.5MPa/4.0MPa/6.3MPa/10.0MPa and Class150/300/600, maximum operating temperature ≤350°C, and connection methods include flange, welding and bellows type. Valve body and bonnet materials are WCB, WC9, CF8 and CF8M, with PTFE or flexible graphite packing.
