Stainless Steel Tortoise Shell Mesh
Tortoise shell mesh are made of pressed strips and riveted together to form hexagonal holes.
Tortoise shell mesh (hexmesh), also known as hexagonal steel or hexagonal mesh, is used to support refractory materials in the refining, petrochemical, cement, steel and subcontracting industries to minimize erosion and retain refractory materials in furnaces, kilns, incinerators and reactors.
Tortoise shell mesh and flexible metal refractory lining features：

Hexmesh Types：H Type With Bonding Holes and L Type With Lance Tabs.
H Type With Bonding Holes.
1）Instead of lance tabs, holes are punched through the walls of the hexmetal cell. Refractory can then flow through these holes to achieve a bond from one cell to another.
L Type With Lance Tabs
2）Hex-metal: Pronges/Lances Type
This style has lance tabs protruding from the walls of the hexagonal cell to act as anchorage for the refractory.

We are a factory and there is no minimum order quantity. We will produce 1 square meter for you and sell it to new and old customers at normal prices.
