Stainless Steel Hexsteel Mesh
Hexagonal grids are made from battens riveted together to form hexagonal holes.
Hexagonal metal (hexmesh), also known as hex steel or hexagonal mesh, is used to support refractory materials in the refining,petrochemical, cement, steel and subcontracting industries to minimize erosion and retain the refractory material in furnaces,kilns, incinerators and reactors.
Features of hexagonal steel mesh and flexible metal refractory lining:
1. High wear resistance, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
2. Strong thermal shock resistance.
3. Good mechanical processing performance.
4. Used at about 1300 ℃.
5. High weldability, long life and easy installation.

Hexmesh Types: H-Type With Bonding Holes and L-Type With Lance Tabs.
H-Type With Bonding Holes.
1) Instead of lance tabs, holes are punched in the walls of the hexagonal cells. The refractory material can then flow through these holes to achieve the bond from one cell to the other.
L-Type With Lance Tabs.
2) Hexagonal Metal: Fork/Lance Type This style has lance tabs protruding from the wall of the hexagonal cell which act as anchors for the refractory.

1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a leading manufacturer of hexagonal mesh and fire-resistant anchors. With more than 20 years of design and manufacturing experience, more than 20 production equipments and OEM/ODM services, we can provide high-quality fire-resistant armor systems to new and old customers.
2. What is your minimum order quantity?
We are a factory, there is no minimum order quantity. We will produce 1 square meter for you and sell it to new and old customers at normal price.
3. How to get samples?
We can provide free samples. But the customer will pay the courier fee.
4. What payment methods can you accept?
We usually adopt T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal, Money Gram and etc.
5. How long is your delivery time?
If production is required, it is about 20 working days. If it is in stock, it is 3 working days.
6. Can the packaging be customized?
Yes, we can customize the outer package and your company's logo as per your requirements.
