Usage time after routine cleaning
Basic cleaning (no disinfection)
If it is only washed with clear water or alkaline solution, it must be thoroughly drained (upside down and dried for more than 24 hours) before use, so as to avoid corrosion or microbial growth caused by residual water.
After chemical disinfection
After disinfection with chlorine dioxide (200mg/L) or sodium hypochlorite, it needs to be washed with clear water until there is no residue, and it can usually be put into use within 24 hours.
Food-grade use can only be used after microbial detection (such as the total number of colonies ≤ 100 fu/cm).
Second, the special scene processing
Hazardous chemicals barrel: it must meet the air tightness standard of Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Supervision and Spot Inspection of Hazardous Chemicals Packaging, and it must undergo professional testing after cleaning (such as UN certification process).
High-temperature steam disinfection: after steam treatment at 120℃ for 15 minutes, it can be used after cooling to normal temperature without waiting.
Third, matters needing attention
Storage conditions: if it is not used immediately after cleaning, it should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and the integrity of the rust-proof layer should be checked regularly.
Galvanized barrel: avoid strong acid disinfection to prevent the corrosion of zinc layer from affecting its service life.
