Dip PVC Plastisol Coating Equipment is mainly composed of a preheat oven, post-heat oven, material tank, dipping system, and chain tracks. It is specially designed for the dip coating process of PVC plastisol, making it an ideal choice for manufacturing PVC coatings on metal handles, racks, and other metal products.
Types of Dip PVC Plastisol Coating Equipment
There are three types of Dip PVC Plastisol Coating Equipment to meet different production needs:
1. Fully automatic: The ovens and material tanks are connected through chain tracks, and workpiece movement on the tracks is power-driven. This type is suitable for large-scale production with high efficiency requirements.
2. Semi-automatic: The ovens and material tanks are connected through chain tracks, and the movement of workpieces along the tracks is manually propelled. It balances automation and manual control, ideal for medium-scale production.
3. Purely manual: The ovens and material tanks are physically separated, and the transfer of workpieces is carried out via manual operation. This type is suitable for small-batch or customized production.
General Running Process of Dip PVC Plastisol Coating Equipment
To achieve a uniform and high-quality coating on metal handles and racks, Dip PVC Plastisol Coating Equipment follows a systematic process:
1. Preheat the workpiece: Place the metal handle or rack into the preheat oven and keep it for several minutes to ensure uniform heating of the workpiece surface. This step is crucial for the subsequent coating adhesion.
2. Immerse in sol: Immerse the preheated workpiece into the plastisol tank through mechanical equipment (for automatic and semi-automatic types) or manual operation (for manual type), and control the time (e.g., 2-6 seconds) to form a uniform coating.
3. Post-heat for curing: Transfer the workpiece coated with sol to the post-heat oven for curing, heat it at a set temperature (e.g., 200℃) for a specific duration (e.g., 2-5 minutes) to form a durable coating.
