Description
Carbon steel, stainless steel, 316L. Operating pressure: PN10/PN16 Class 150, operating temperature: 20°C-425°C. Valve sizes DN25-DN300. Connection: Flange. Actuation: Manual, pneumatic. Applicable media: Oils, acids, corrosive media, etc. Manufacturing standards: National standards.
Top-type discharge valves are primarily used for bottom discharge, discharging, sampling, and dead-zone shutoff in reactors, storage tanks, and other containers. The valve's bottom flange is welded to the bottom of the tank or other container, eliminating the process media's tendency to accumulate at the container outlet. The discharge valve is designed based on actual needs, with a flat bottom and a V-shaped body. Both rising and lowering discs are available. The valve body contains a scour- and corrosion-resistant seal. During valve opening, the valve body is protected from media erosion and corrosion. The sealing ring is specially treated to a surface hardness of HRC5-62, providing high wear and corrosion resistance. The disc seal is welded with carbide as needed, and the sealing element utilizes a wire seal to ensure sealing reliability and prevent scarring. A short-stroke disc design is also adopted.
Material Selection:
WCB/A105/16Mn is primarily suitable for non-corrosive media such as oil, gas, water, and powders.
CF8/CF3/304/304L is primarily suitable for nitric acid and purified terephthalic acid.
CF8M/CF3M/316/316L is primarily suitable for acetic acid and purified terephthalic acid.
Nickel-based alloys and titanium alloys are primarily suitable for purified terephthalic acid and highly corrosive media.
The specific material selection should be determined based on the actual media used. Pressure and Temperature Ratings
ASME B16.34 specifies the pressure and temperature ratings of various ASTM materials. This standard details the maximum allowable no-surge pressure (gauge pressure) for various pressure ratings and housing materials at various operating temperatures. It serves as a key benchmark for valve design and selection. Therefore, when selecting a discharge valve, the material (housing) and pressure rating (nominal pressure) must be determined based on the operating pressure and temperature according to the pressure and temperature ratings in ASME B16.34. Excessive operating temperature and pressure may damage the valve. When selecting a valve, carefully consider all operating conditions to avoid overloading the valve.

VTZ series double-acting cylinder actuators, suitable for heavy loads and atmospheric source applications.
VTM series electric actuators, suitable for heavy loads and high thrust applications.
