The NLJD-802Plus Extendable Non-Linear Junction Detector (NLJD) is designed to detect all types of electronic devices, regardless of their operational status – powered on/powered off/in standby mode.
It is capable of identifying devices even when they are hidden within walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, lamps, and similar locations.
The NLJD-802Plus NLJD is a specialized detector which can detect hidden electronic devices like eavesdropping bugs, hidden cameras, phones, USB sticks, memory cards, and even passive electronics that aren't actively transmitting signals like GSM bugs,
behind surfaces like walls or ceilings.
One of the key features of the NLJD-802Plus is its high sensitivity, which allows the NLJD to detect even the smallest electronic devices like SIM cards, and can search through various materials such as brick, wood, plastic, fabric or other non-metal materials.
This NLJD is useful in applications like corporate security sweeps, ensuring meeting rooms are free and safe from hidden recording devices before discussing sensitive information. How does NLJD-802Plus work?
Unlike conventional metal detectors that only identify metal objects, the NLJD-802Plus specifically targets electronic components by detecting their semiconductor junctions. The NLJD-802 works by emitting a non-linear signal and then analyzing the response. All electronic devices contain semiconductors that react to this signal by generating harmonics, particularly second and third harmonics, that the NLJD-802Plus NLJD then detects. Using its built-in artificial intelligence algorithms, the NLJD-802Plus differentiates between true electronic devices and false positives (such as metal) by analyzing the pattern and strength of these harmonics, providing you with accurate detection information in sweeps.
When it detects a device, the NLJD-802Plus can alarm you through visual signals on its screen, vibrations, or sound. It has an user-friendly interface, with a simple button design and clear indicators.
The NLJD-802Plus also features an extendable rod with lengths ranging from 80 cm to 136 cm, providing better reach and flexibility during inspections. Weighing only 0.5 kg, the NLJD-802Plus is both portable and durable for field use, as it comes in a hard carry case.
