Product overview
Our HQ downdraft submersible sewage pump, it is used to pumping mud of the sewage and sludge under all kinds of bad environment, The pump is downdraft, so it can drainage of surface water in working face: the motor is submersible three phase asynchronous, it can work for long time out of the water, the motor abstract heat very well, it is high head, large capacity, compact, light, easily assemble and reliable durability.
Main application
This submersible pump are widely used in mine drainage,tunnel engineering, coal washing plant sewage circulation, well flushing, agricultural water irrigation, reservoir water fetching and so on
Structural features
1. The HQ downdraft sewage pump is combined by Submersible three phase asynchronous motor and sewage pump. The motor is connected with the pump body with a reliable mechanical seal in middle, which can prevent the exchange of the cooling fuid and pumping fluid, then it can make sure the pump works steadily for long time.
2. The motor winding is made of polyethylene waterproof nylon sheathed wire. The motor cavity and the sealed cavity is filled with No.10 mechanical oil or No.25 transformer oil(till submerging the upper bearing when the pump is vertical, no overbrim). The bearing of the motor is centripetal ball, Easy disassembly and assembly, Convenient maintenance
3. The small flow water pump is Centrifugal type or vortex type, it is used to pumping common sewage, high head drainage in the project; the large flow water pump is double channel without clogging or mixed flow structure.
4. The motor housing is equipped with a cooling cover. It is built-in structure, and the liquid is discharged through the outer wall of the motor. The motor can be exposed to the surface for a long time.
Operating environment and conditions
1. The rated frequency: 50Hz/ 60Hz, rated voltage: 3ph, 220V,380V,440V,660V,1140V±10%.
2. The volumetric ratio of the solids in the Conveying mediumis less than 2%, the maximum density of the conveying medium is 1.2*10Xkg/m³
3. The PH of the conveying medium is 4-10(The material is cast iron, stainless steel 304,316,316L)
The temperature of the conveying medium is less than 40℃(All the pump can be made to high temperature resistant model)
