The wedge wire filter, also known as a Johnson screen, is a precision-engineered filtration element widely used in water treatment, petrochemical, food processing, mining, and industrial separation processes. Its design is based on a V-shaped (wedge-shaped) wire profile welded onto support rods, creating continuous slots that ensure high open area, mechanical strength, and excellent non-clogging performance.
