The SC-06H Planar Double-Sided Irregular Material Edge Oiling Machineis suitable for edge oiling and coloring on both sides of small leather items such as belts and handbag handles. Equipped with small-diameter oil wheels,it can handle simultaneous edge oiling and coloring for double sides with more diverse curvatures, and is capable of oiling irregular shapes like wave-shapededges with varying thickness at both ends. It can be used in conjunction with aconveying oven, allowing the oiled products to be directly transported into theoven for baking.
The SC-616 Edge oil baking oven is a supporting facility for the planar double-sided edge oiling machine. After passing through the edge oiling machine, the product is directly conveyed by the conveyor belt into the oven for baking. The oven temperature can be adjusted from 0 to 75 degrees according to requirements. The feeding speed can be freely adjusted according to the baking effect. The length of the oven can be customized as needed. A material receiving box is placed at the tail end of the oven to achieve one-step forming of edge oiling and baking. This greatly reduces the cost of manual drying, saving costs for the enterprise and also increasing production capacity.
