Glue Activation Machine - Touchscreen Model
The touchscreen glue activation machine replaces all operation control buttons (except for the power switch indicator light and emergency stop button) with a touch display, making the appearance more streamlinedand the operation more convenient and intuitive.This machine is mainly used for shoe manufacturing processes, specifically for sole bonding. It is suitable for men’s and women’s sports shoes, vulcanized shoes, casual shoes, children’s shoes, and all types of footwear.
•The upper section is designed for baking the shoe upper, while the middle section is for baking the outsole.
•After setting the baking time and required temperature, simply place the outsole in the tray, and the machine will automatically start.
•The shoe upper heating chamber adopts quartz heating tubes, which heat up quickly, ensure precise temperature control, and consume less energy.
•The outsole activation chamber uses a combination of heating tubes and activation lamps, ensuring shorter glue activation time and better activation results.
•The rotary tray can be operated in both automatic and manual modes, allowing for flexible switching.
•The machine is compact, takes up little space, has stable performance, a simple and elegant appearance, and is easy to operate.
Compared to traditional conveyor belt systems with horizontal ovens, this machine significantly saves workspace and reduces energy consumption by over 60%.
