purchasing quantity. Fkm is fluororubber material. Fkm is the abbreviation of fluororubber. Fluorine rubber is a synthetic polymer elastomer containing
fluorine atoms on the carbon atoms of the main chain or side chain. The introduction of fluorine atoms endows rubber with excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance and atmospheric aging resistance. It has been widely used in aerospace, aviation, automobile, oil and household appliances and other fields. It is an irreplaceable key material in the national defense industry. Since 1943, it has successively developed polyolefin fluorine rubber, nitroso fluorine rubber, tetra-propylene fluorine rubber, phosphoronitrile fluorine rubber and perfluoroether rubber. Viton seals are particularly suitable for environments requiring high temperature and chemical stability. MOK has developed special FKM blended oil for special environments such as high additive lubricating oil. B. When selecting a suitable seal material, not only the temperature range of the seal, but also the nature of the liquid or gas in contact with it should be considered. The expansion or contraction of elastomer and chemical stability are important factors affecting the stability of seals. C. Fluorocarbons are used to protect seals from highly aggressive environments. Fluorocarbons are very suitable for industrial and mining applications with strict requirements for high temperature and chemical stability. The reason why fluororubber can withstand high temperature, such as 200 operation all day, depends on the polymer structure and crosslinking system. Diamines, bisphenols or peroxides can cause crosslinking. Chemical stability is determined by fluorine content. The higher the fluorine content, the stronger the resistance of FKM material to highly corrosive environment. For public vehicles and mobile machinery, sealing materials need to meet the extremely harsh application conditions of temperature and surrounding media. Due to the high content of oil additives and the rising working temperature, the requirements for temperature and chemical stability are increasingly strict. The low temperature mixtures 70FKM8086 and 70FKM2010122 developed by MOK for dynamic applications have good expansion characteristics, wear resistance and cushioning performance. Material 70FKM2010122 is particularly suitable for biodiesel or low viscosity lubricants. The new generation of long-life engine and driver oil can extend the service life by more than 1000 hours. This oil is mainly mineral oil with high content of amine additives. E. "Alkali resistant" FKM material The standard FKM material used for shafts and actuators is bisphenol cross-linked copolymer or terpolymer, which will be corroded by the chemical damage of this high additive oil. For this reason, the "alkali resistant" (BRE) FKM material came out. The material has high stability in high additive oil. 75FKM2010128 has only slightly changed its mechanical properties after 168 hours of contact with aggressive Castrol SAF XO oil at 150 ℃. Under the same conditions, the elongation at break of standard FKM material has decreased by more than 50%, which greatly affects the functionality of the seal. The new high-performance material 75FKM2010128 can maintain good sealing performance even after being tested in corrosive long-life oil for more than 1000 hours. Therefore, the new BRE-FKM material has the best durability and longer service life in corrosive lubricants. MOK produces a variety of FKM material series, from standard models to special modified mixed materials with the highest chemical resistance, to low-temperature elastic materials suitable for dynamic applications, and to the optimized long-life wear-resistant 75FKM2010129 material. Fluororubber is a synthetic polymer elastomer containing fluorine atoms on the carbon atoms of the main chain or side chain. Fluorine rubber 23, commonly known as No. 1 rubber in China, is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and trifluoroethylene chloride. Fluorine rubber 26, commonly known as No. 2 rubber in China, with DuPont brand of VITON A, is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene, and its comprehensive performance is better than No. 1 rubber. Fluorine rubber 246, commonly known as No. 3 rubber in China, DuPont brand VITON B, is a ternary copolymer of vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene, with fluorine content higher than 26 rubber and good solvent resistance. Fluororubber TP, commonly known as tetrapropyl rubber in China, with Asahi brand AFLAS, is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hydrocarbon propylene, with excellent water vapor and alkali resistance. Vinylidene fluoride rubber, DuPont brand VITON GLT, is a quaternary copolymer of vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene, perfluoromethyl vinyl ether and curing point monomer, with excellent low-temperature performance. Perfluoroether rubber, DuPont brand KALREZ, has excellent high temperature resistance, high fluorine content and excellent solvent resistance. Fluorosilicone rubber has excellent low-temperature performance and certain solvent resistance. DuPont is not the only supplier of fluororubber production. In the Chinese market, the imported fluororubber suppliers include 3M of the United States, Daikin of Japan and Solvay of Europe. Our domestic products include 3F, Chenguang, Dongyue, etc. Fluorine rubber is mainly used in the automobile and motor vehicle industries. Because of its excellent heat resistance, oil resistance and medium resistance, it is mainly used for oil seals and O-rings. The fluorine rubber with good stability has high chemical stability and is the best medium resistance among all elastomers at present [1]. Type 26 fluororubber is resistant to petroleum-based oil, diester oil, silicone ether oil, silicic acid oil, inorganic acid, most organic and inorganic solvents, drugs, etc., only low molecular weight ketones, ethers, esters, and amine, ammonia, hydrofluoric acid, chlorosulfonic acid, phosphoric acid hydraulic oil. The medium performance of Type 23 fluoroadhesive is similar to that of Type 26, and more unique. Its resistance to strong oxidizing inorganic acids such as fuming nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid is better than that of Type 26. Its volume expansion is only 13%~15% after immersion in 98% HNO3 at room temperature for 27 days. High temperature resistance Fluororubber has the same high temperature resistance as silicone rubber, which can be said to be the best elastomer at present. 26-41 fluororubber can be used for a long time at 250 ℃ and for a short time at 300 ℃; 246 fluorine glue is better than 26-41 in heat resistance. At 300 ℃ × Physical properties of 26-41 after 100 hours of air thermal aging and 300 ℃ × After 100 hours of hot air aging, the performance of 246 type is equivalent, its elongation at break can be maintained at about 100%, and its hardness is 90~95 degrees. The 246 type maintained good elasticity after 16 hours of hot air aging at 350 ℃ and 110 minutes of hot air aging at 400 ℃. After 110 minutes of hot air aging at 400 ℃, the elongation of rubber containing spray carbon black, hot cracking carbon black or carbon fiber increased by about 1/2~1/3, and the strength decreased by about 1/2, still maintaining good elasticity. 23-11 fluorine glue can be used for a long time at 200 ℃ and for a short time at 250 ℃. Aging resistance fluororubber has excellent weather aging resistance and ozone resistance. It is reported that the performance of Viton A developed by DuPont is still satisfactory after ten years of natural storage, and there is no obvious cracking after 45 days in air with ozone concentration of 0.01%. The weather-resistant and ozone-resistant properties of 23 fluororubber are also excellent. Vacuum performance 26 fluororubber has excellent vacuum performance. The vacuum outgassing rate of vulcanizate of 246 fluororubber basic formula is only 37 × 10-6 ml/(s * cm ^ 2). 246 fluororubber has been successfully applied under the vacuum condition of 10-9 torr. |
