High Productivity High Position Manipulator Organic Fertilizer Palletizing Machine
The high-position palletizer is a high-efficiency palletizing equipment with a high degree of automation and good integration. The packaging bags can be automatically palletized. According to the PLC program, the bags are transported, grouped, pushed and stacked on the pallet, and finally the full pallet is sent out of the system.
Intelligent coordinate palletizing machine is mainly used to carry, process and transfer large quantities of workpiece in automatic production process. The palletizing robot composed of it is much cheaper and more efficient than other robots, and will be widely used in more industries. Palletizing robot generally has 4 or 6 axes, which can be automatically controlled, repeatedly programmed, and multi-degree-of-freedom multi-purpose manipulator. The behavior of the palletizing robot is mainly through the linear movement along the X, Y and Z axes. With XYZ wisdom coordinate system as the basic model, with servo motor, stepping motor driven for uniaxial mechanical arm as the basic unit of work, with ball screw, synchronous belt, gear and rack for common mode of transmission the architecture of the robot system, can accomplish arrive at any point in the XYZ three-dimensional coordinate system and follow the controllable trajectory.

Working principle:
The working principle of the organic fertilizer automatic palletizer is that a workpiece on the flat plate conforms to the requirements of the pallet, and the flat plate and the workpiece move forward until the vertical surface of the pallet. The upper bar is lowered, and the other three positioning bar starts to clamp, and the plate is reset. Each workpiece is lowered to the plane of the pallet, and the plane of the pallet is 10 mm away from the bottom surface of the panel, and the pallet is lowered by one workpiece height. Reciprocate the above until the pallet stacking code meets the set requirements.
