IV. Operation Guide


Installation Steps
Before installation, ensure that all relevant equipment is powered off to avoid the risk of electric shock during operation.
Carefully check whether the appearance of the module is damaged or deformed. If there is any abnormality, do not install it and contact the supplier for replacement in time.
Align the module smoothly with the corresponding slot on the CPCI chassis, push it in slowly and evenly along the guide rail until the module is completely inserted into the slot and locked in place, ensuring a good electrical connection between the module and the slot. During insertion, avoid excessive force to prevent damage to the module interface or chassis slot.
Use the matching screws to fix the module on the chassis to ensure that the module will not loosen due to vibration during the operation of the equipment, which may affect the power supply stability.
After installation, check the installation of the module again. Only after confirmation that there is no error can the equipment power be turned on.


Parameter Setting and Monitoring
Connect the module to the monitoring device (such as a host computer with monitoring function) and start the corresponding monitoring software.
In the monitoring software interface, set parameters such as the output voltage and current limit of the module according to actual application needs.
