During operation, the multi-directional rotation of the mixing barrel accelerates the flow and diffusion of various materials during the mixing process. At the same time, it avoids the segregation and accumulation of materials caused by centrifugal force in general mixers, ensuring no dead zones in mixing and better quality of the mixed materials. Structure: The machine consists of a base, a transmission system, an electrical control system, a multi-directional motion mechanism, a mixing barrel, and other components. The mixing barrel, which comes into direct contact with the materials, is made of stainless steel, and both the inner and outer walls of the barrel are polished. It fully complies with GMP requirements.

Equipment features

Due to the multi-directional movement of the mixing barrel, there are numerous points of cross-mixing within the barrel, resulting in high mixing efficiency and a uniformity rate of over 99.9%. The maximum loading factor can reach 0.9 (compared to 0.85 for ordinary mixers), with short mixing time and high efficiency.

The mixer features a unique barrel design, with the inner wall of the barrel being finely polished, ensuring no dead spaces and preventing material contamination. It offers convenient material discharge, easy cleaning, and simple operation.
