SR90-400i Description

SR90-400i element is a high-performing and productivity element combining the highest  active membrane area available in the industry today with maximum  rejection brackish water reverse osmosis (RO) membrane. It designed to deliver the  highest quality RO permeate. This is combined with the cleanability of a 28 mil feed  spacer, to minimize capital expenses in high-purity industrial water applications, without  increasing operating flux.

The SR90-400i Membrane Element combines the proven performance of the existing SR90-400 membrane with a robust interlocking end cap meeting the stringent demands of oilfield production located on offshore fixed and floating platforms.  The SR90-400i has been designed to be fully interchangeable with the earlierSR90- 400 Elements equipped with the traditional interconnectors. 

• Robust interlocking end cap design ensuring minimum contamination of low sulfate product water by o-ring leakage or other mechanically related aging effects. 

• Reliable prevention of barium and strontium sulfate scales. 

• Improved souring control/mitigation in reservoirs by further reducing the source of sulfate. 

• Selective passage of key ions to prevent clay swelling, ensuring the maintenance of stable reservoir injection pressures and injection rates.

1. Permeate flow and salt rejection based on the following conditions: 2,000 ppm MgSO4, 70 psi (0.5 MPa). 

2. Flow rates for individualelements may vary +/-20%.
