PL04 Incline Press
The upward incline chest trainer is mainly designed for training the upper part of the pectoral muscles and the anterior part of the shoulders. The seat angle can be adjusted (from 15° to 45°), and it is equipped with anti-slip handles and a multi-level resistance system (ranging from 5 to 30 kg). When using it, adjust the incline, keep your grip slightly wider than your shoulders, push up and feel the contraction of the upper part of the pectoral muscles, then slowly return to the original position. Perform 12-15 repetitions per set, and 3-4 sets are recommended. It precisely strengthens the contour of the pectoral muscles and enhances the fullness of the upper chest, making it suitable for fitness enthusiasts at all stages.
