When using, it is necessary to first drill holes of the corresponding size on the fixed body with an impact drill (hammer), then insert the bolts and expansion tubes into the holes, and tighten the nuts to make the bolts, expansion tubes, installation parts and fixed body tightly integrated.
After tightening, the bolt will expand. There is a large head at the end of the bolt, and a circular tube slightly larger than the diameter of the bolt is placed outside the bolt. There are several openings at the end. When the bolt is tightened, the tail of the large head is brought into the open tube, which enlarges the tube and achieves the purpose of expansion. Then, the bolt is fixed to the ground or wall to achieve the purpose of rooting.
Expansion bolts are a special type of threaded connection used to secure pipeline supports/hangers/brackets or equipment to walls, floors, or columns. Expansion bolts consist of countersunk bolts, expansion tubes, flat washers, spring washers, and hex nuts.
