On-line leak detector for leak detection of bagged products
MT-DZ-XL-S1-01 is an automatic function detection equipment, and the detection speed can reach 110 bags/minute. The contact online detection method directly and accurately reflects the pressure characteristics in the product bag, and the sampling data is stable and reliable. Its detection accuracy exceeds the level of peers at home and abroad. The core technology used is motion extrusion detection technology, which is developed after more than 3 years of experiments and exploration by our company. The flexible belt is used to convey the product, and the sensor installed on the belt senses the pressure in the bag, and then the controller converts this into a digital signal for operation, reflecting the quality of the product and the pressure.
Our repeated experiments show that: because the packaging material of bagged products is different from that of PE and PP, PE/PP material is elastic under external pressure; However, the material of food packed in plastic bags has no elastic characteristics after being subjected to external force. First, we preset a high and low pressure value according to your products, and measure the pressure at the tail end. If the pressure variation difference of non-leaking products is within a certain range, the pressure of leaking products will be smaller than the normal value. In this way, the leaked products can be reliably detected, and the defective products will be automatically rejected by the rejection mechanism.
