PET bottle cap liquid level spray code detection equipment On-line vision detector
principle of operation
A PET bottle passes through a positioning sensor to detect the arrival of the PET bottle, and a control unit records the bottle ID and the current encoder signal;
2. The positioning sensor informs the camera to capture the current PE bottle image, and after the photo is taken, the image processor processes the image, and the image processor transmits the processing result to the man-machine interface for dynamic display; On the other hand, it is transmitted to the control unit to prepare for rejecting unqualified bottles;
3. After receiving the unqualified signal, the control unit notifies the rejector to reject the bottle with the corresponding ID.
Equipment installation scheme
Installation conditions: there is a single-row straight chain track about 2 meters long on site; Installation progress: the runway reconstruction will be completed within 24 hours: the guardrail gap will be cut on the straight chain track, which will be used as the inspection equipment to reject the defective products (the specific cutting size depends on the product). The equipment consists of inspection devices, rejection devices, power distribution cabinets, man-machine interfaces, electronic components and mechanical parts. Placement of defective containers: it is suggested that the buyer make a hard box, and install it in combination with the location where the defective products are removed and dropped.
