The series of binders can be used to process iron-containing wastes in steel plants, such as iron ore powder, manganese ore powder, as well as sludge and scale generated in sintering, ironmaking and other processes. Each ton of binder can produce 25-50 tons of cold-bonded pellets, with a one-time forming rate as high as 90%.
