Product Description
Seamless Steel Pipe/Tube:Seamless steel pipe is a type of steel pipe made of a single piece of metal with no joints on the surface. The production methods of this type of steel pipe include hot rolling, cold rolling, cold drawing, extrusion, and pipe jacking. According to the different cross-sectional shapes, seamless steel pipes can be divided into two types: circular and irregular, among which irregular pipes include various complex shapes such as square, elliptical, triangular, hexagonal, etc.
The diameter of seamless steel pipes can vary from 650 millimeters to several millimeters, or even smaller, while the wall thickness can range from thick walled pipes to thin-walled pipes. They are widely used in multiple fields, such as conveying fluids, structural components, boilers, chemicals, electricity, petroleum, and automotive manufacturing. In addition, seamless steel pipes are also commonly used to manufacture high-pressure, high-strength mechanical structures.

The outer diameter and inner diameter are precisely customized with a tolerance of ±0.10mm and an optimal tolerance of ±0.05mm. It can be customized according to customer requirements.
Used in various fields such as auto parts, drilling, engineering machinery, machining,tunnel support, agricultural machinery parts, liquid conveyance, transmission, home appliances etc.
1.Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
A: 5 tons/size.
2.Q: What are the Payment Terms?
A: L/C or T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of BL.
3.Q: How long is the Delivery Time?
A: 30-50 days.
Starting from production around 30 days, which including perforation,
cycling pickling, cycling annealing, squeezing head, cold rolling, cold drawing,
straightening, ultrasonic & eddy current flaw detection, cutting head&tail, tensile test
and finished product inspection.
4.Q:Warranty of Rebar Coupler?
A: Any quality issues that do not comply with the contract before use of seamless
steel tubes, we accept the return of the refund.
