Product Description
Rectangular/Square tube is a hollow square cross-section lightweight thin-walled steel tube, also known as steel cooling bending profiles. It is Q235 hot-rolled or cold-rolled steel strip or coil as the base material by cold bending process and then by high-frequency welding made of square cross-section shape size of the steel section. Hot rolled extra thick walled square tube in addition to wall thickening, its corner dimensions and edge straightness have reached or even exceeded the level of resistance welding cold-formed square tube.Classification of rectangular/square tube: steel pipe seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe (seamed pipe) hot-rolled seamless square tube, cold-drawn seamless square tube, extruded seamless square tube, welded square tube.
Which welded square tube is divided into:
1.according to the process - electric arc welding square tube, resistance welding square tube (high frequency, low frequency), gas welding square tube, furnace welding square tube;
2.according to the welding seam - straight seam welded square tube, spiral welded square tube.
