In the booming wave of modern high technology and new materials, surface modification of mineral powders has become an indispensable key link. Through surface modification, mineral powders can significantly improve compatibility between inorganic mineral fillers and organic polymers, enhance interfacial bonding strength, increase mechanical properties and overall material performance. Furthermore, it enables higher filler loading capacity, reduces production costs, and imparts specialized physicochemical characteristics to end products.
However, most conventional non-metallic minerals exhibit poor compatibility with organic polymer matrices due to mismatched interfacial properties. Direct incorporation or high-volume filling often leads to degradation of certain mechanical properties. Therefore, surface modification of inorganic mineral fillers becomes critically important.

Because most common non-metallic mineral materials have different interface properties and poor compatibility with organic polymer matrices, direct or large-scale filling will lead to a decrease in the mechanical properties of the materials. After modification, the compatibility can be improved, the interface bonding force can be improved, the mechanical strength and comprehensive performance can be enhanced, the filling volume can be increased, the cost can be reduced, and special properties can be given.

The dust removal system includes a diffusion cyclone dust collector and a pulse bag dust collector. The pulse bag dust collector uses a new generation of pleated filter cartridges, which have the advantages of small footprint, large filtration area, high dust removal efficiency, and easy cleaning. It can effectively reduce dust pollution and create a good operating environment.
