Working principle
Signal reception: The module features multiple independent digital input channels, capable of simultaneously receiving digital signals from on-site devices such as switches and sensors, including dry contact and wet contact signals.
Electrical isolation: To enhance the stability and anti-interference capability of the system, the input channel is typically designed with electrical isolation, which separates the external input signal from the internal circuit of the module. This effectively prevents the influence of external electromagnetic interference, power fluctuations, etc. on the signal, ensuring the accuracy of the signal.
Signal conversion: The module is equipped with a high-precision digital converter inside. It converts the received external digital signals into standard digital signal formats that can be recognized and processed by computers or control systems, such as TTL (Transistor-Transistor Logic) level signals, etc., for subsequent processing.
Sampling and processing: The module samples the input signal at a high sampling rate to quickly capture the changes in the signal. Through the internal logic circuit and processor, the sampled signal is processed, such as signal filtering and shaping, to remove possible noise and interference and ensure the quality of the output signal.
Data transmission: The module supports multiple communication protocols, such as RS232, RS485, Ethernet, etc. The processed signal is transmitted to the connected computer, PLC or other control system through the corresponding communication interface in accordance with the specified communication protocol, for real-time monitoring, data analysis and control decision-making by the control system.
