Product Description
Designed to resist an extensive range of corrosive chemicals, including sulfuric, hydrochloric, and hydrofluoric acids
Unlike previous Ni-Cr-Mo alloys, which were optimized for use in either oxidizing or reducing acids, C-2000 alloy extends corrosion resistance in both types of environments
The combination of molybdenum and copper (at levels of 16 and 1.6 wt. %, respectively) provide outstanding resistance to reducing media, while oxidizing acid resistance is provided by a high chromium content (23 wt. %).
