Introduction to high-throughput tissue grinder:
The Jiechen series high-throughput tissue grinder adopts a special vertical up and down vibration mode, which uses high-frequency reciprocating vibration, impact, and shear of grinding beads (zirconia, steel beads, glass beads, ceramic beads). Quickly achieve the goal. Make the ground samples more complete, uniform, with better sample repeatability and no cross contamination between samples.
Characteristics of high-throughput tissue grinder:
1. Main function: Used for sample pretreatment of biological samples, and for large-scale automated rapid genome extraction.
2. Z has a large processing capacity that can handle 192 samples simultaneously, including liquid nitrogen freezing adapters that can be used for 24 and 48 positions.
3. Customized dual head grinding machine Z with a large processing capacity can handle 192 samples at the same time, including liquid nitrogen freezing adapters that can be used for 12 and 24 positions. It can simultaneously process 96 2ml grinding tubes, 24 5ml grinding tubes, 16 (7-15) ML grinding tubes, and 4 50ML grinding tubes. Various specifications of grinding tubes can be customized.
4. Touch screen display, convenient and intuitive operation, can store ten sets of experimental data.
5. Convenient low-temperature operation: When a low-temperature grinding environment is required, the adapter containing the sample can be immersed in liquid nitrogen and cooled for 1-2 minutes. After removal, it can be quickly fixed on the host to start grinding without the need for further freezing treatment, saving liquid nitrogen.
6. Anti vibration principle: as well as the movement mode of the grinding beads up, down, left, and right, to ensure the Z-enlargement and instantaneous crushing effect of sample processing.
7. No cross contamination: The sample tube is in a fully enclosed state during the crushing process, and disposable centrifuge tubes and beads can be used. The samples are kept intact in the tube to avoid cross contamination between samples and external contamination.
8. Easy to operate: Built in program controller, which can set parameters such as grinding time and rotor vibration frequency;
9. Good repeatability: Setting the same procedure for the same tissue sample can achieve the same grinding effect. The working time is short, and the sample temperature will not rise.
