1、 Working principle
For soil heavy metal analysis, four agate grinding tanks are required. The pressure of the sealed agate grinding tanks is set through a scale, and they rotate in the opposite direction around their own axis while revolving around the turntable axis. The samples in the tanks collide and rub against each other at high speed to achieve the purpose of crushing, grinding, mixing, and dispersing the samples. They can be ground dry, wet, or vacuum. Two or four grinding tanks can work simultaneously at a time.
2、 Technical specifications
(1) Voltage: 220V AC.
(2) Feed particle size: soil material ≤ 10MM, other materials ≤ 3MM. Discharge particle size: minimum can reach 0.1 μ m.
(3) Rotation speed (R/MIN): revolution: 35-335, rotation: 70-670.
(4) Three phase motor frequency converter controller power: 0.75KW (with power display electronic monitoring device, continuous operation timing time (MIN): forward and reverse direction operation cycle (MIN).
(5) Speed regulation mode: stepless speed regulation, automatic timed forward and reverse rotation, automatic shutdown.
(6) Continuous working time (full load): 48 hours.
(7) Electric screening machine: capable of holding seven layers of sieves with a diameter of 200MM.; Screening range: 20-200 mesh (20 microns) digital display, screening vibration frequency of 1400 revolutions per minute.
